Cutting Boards:
This is probably the most common woodworking project we take on. Did you know that the research suggests that a “wood” cutting board is probably the healthiest surface to cut on. Plastic gets score lines across the surface. Wood may do the same but wood has a self-healing ability that prevents the build up of unhealthy bacteria… and minerial oil is the cheapest and safest material to use as a food safe finish.
