RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with what you have bought at our online store you may return it to us within 20 days of your original purchase. All items must be returned in the condition in which you received them.

We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to the shipment that you are returning. For your own protection you may choose to return by insured parcel post or courier. Keep the appropriate proof of shipment.

Returns will be refunded to your credit card that was used for the original purchase. We refund the full value as per the original invoice. Return freight & Handling are not refundable. Within five days of receiving the return, your refund will be processed.

Returning Items by Mail

1. Please send a copy of the original bill, with the item circled you are returning.

2. Please check to see if all information, re credit card # and contact information is available to process your return.

3. Please note the reason for the return.

4. If you are exchanging an item, please let us know the item you would like to receive.

5. Pack and seal your return securely (in the origional package if possible). Packages must be returned prepaid. We will not accept any C.O.D. deliveries.
